Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of LLBA Professional, and their immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win. Proof of residency and age may be required.
Sponsor: This contest is sponsored by LLBA Professional, a legal entity located at 755 Queensway E Unit 102-103, Mississauga, ON L4Y 4C5, Canada. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform on which it might be promoted.
Entry Period: The contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on July 01, 2023, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 28, 2023. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted or eligible for entry.
How to Enter: To enter the contest, during the Entry Period, follow LLBA Professional on Instagram, and sign up for our newsletter. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.
Prize: One (1) Studio Makeover worth CA$5,000 or its equivalent in US Dollars based on the exchange rate at the time of the announcement of the winner(s) will be awarded. The prize will be sent in cash via bank transfer (for winners in the US and Canada) or e-transfer (if the winner is in Canada). Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection: On or about July 31, 2023, the Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final and binding. The winner is considered a potential winner pending verification of his/her eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Winner Notification: The potential winners will be notified by email. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. If a Canadian resident wins a prize, that individual must also answer correctly within a 5-minute time period a mathematical skill-testing question without the benefit of any calculating devices before the prize will be awarded.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation.
